This rating is for the Ultimate Watchmen movie so even though this is an alternate cut it does indeed have a rating (see: Daredevil Director's Cut as another example). Nowhere on the front or back does it say Unrated or Not Rated for the feature film (the NR is in reference to the bonus Motion Comic disc).
