Corrected and completed Crew from film end credits as credited. No pening credits present.
Corrected and completed Cast from film end credits in exact order as credited. There are no roles in the credits. The roles and the uncredited Cast are taken from the approved Danish DVD.

Thanks to smartass emmili the former contribution was declined.

BUT "dcm" is definitively the first distributor. "dcm Film" or "dcm Film Distribution" is the registered COMPANY NAME, which is not allowed per rules.
Please, emmili, next time before voting "no" refer to the company website (http://dcmworld.com/) or even here (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/DCM_Film_Distribution) and check for yourself. I'm sure you can do that. All other films in a dozend contributions from this company are named "dcm" which is absolutely correct. Source is - of course - my own BD.
