Quoting m.cellophane:

If the film is presented as 1.33:1 instead of 1.37:1, it should be listed as 1.33:1.

I think- as in the SRP examples, If an academy ratio is within a few cents, er,, um I mean a few points of each other It should not be changed .

But seriously,, Your 4 x 3 TV  is 1.33:1  but the Motion Picture Theatre canvas is actually 1.37:1  .
( We are talking TV screens here. )
In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

Exactly.  The whole issue here on this one is that they specifically pointed out that the ratio had been altered to FIT you TV screen.  That right there means that you can't just call it Full Screen, but it isn't Widescreen either.  So, what's left?  Pan & Scan. Not totally precise either, but closer than either of the other two.  Of course, since I did it that way, certain people are gonna vote no.  What's the point anymore of contributing anything?

Virtually all films shot in 1.37:1 Academy Ratio are altered to fit a TV screen (1.33:1). Altering 1.37:1 to 1.33:1 is closer to Full Screen than Pan and Scan. This film was not Pan and Scanned.

A couple of 'No' votes and you're ready to quit? Does everything have to always be your way 100% of the time?

No, but I expect some consistency from day to day.  I also expect some use of common sense and logic.  All of which seem to be in damn short supply around here.
