Ok, I have good news. I was able to completely test and everything works for me.

I just remembered that I put in a new fresh HTPC with Windows 8.1 x64 in my Home Theater room. I didn't have P-Touch installed yet, just DVDP.

So, I downloaded the P-Touch QL-570 driver, the b-Pac SDK, the Editor 5.1, Address Book and my plugin 2.1 from the web site. Installed in that order.

Then I created a simple label and saved in .LBL version 4 format, loaded the label into DVDP and it printed OK.

I did not yet try the coding to print DVDP data. Anyway I will PM you my email address, so you can send me a test label to try on my system.
Thanks for your support.

Ok, ping me when you do, so I can be on the lookout. My SPAM filter has trapped a few legitimate messages recently. (Got them.)

Just sent you a return email. Your labels work fine, once I adjusted the size to fit the smaller labels in my printer.

Third request for the following information:

"Also, I still am curious about exactly when the message appears. Is it when DVDP is loading, or when you click the plugin menu, or when you load the label, or when you click "print"?"

(actually clicking "OK" means "print")

I seriously doubt that it is a driver issue. I think it is an issue with your installation.

(Can somebody translate this to make sure? Thanks.)
