As a Christmas-Gift i got the Boxset from "Planet der Affen - Legacy Collection": EAN: 4010232063908.
After adding it to the Collection i saw that no Disc and Child-profiles where submitted yet.
But the Disc-IDs are linked to several others Edition but not the correct one.

My question therefore is, how can i add these Discs to my Collection to the correct Edition. I know there is something like alternate version, etc. but found nothing

Thx, havent thought of the Rules Page

Ok, need some further help here. Looks like i made a mistake but dont know where.

I inserted a Disc. Added it to my Collection via "By Inserted Disc" and choosed there "Not to Download Profile from Invelos".
Then Changed the UPC/Disc ID as mentioned in the rules to "Create Alternate Version".
Added the Data and wanted to contribute.
Now it tells me that im changing a profile from the Edition "Warriors Collection"...

Why creating the disc level profiles a second time. Reuse them. - ?
Complete list of Common Names  •  A good point for starting with Headshots (and v11.1)

I don't know the exact menu options because I am at work but...you download the existing disc profiles, go to DVD and then Change UPC.  I believe there is an option for using the inserted disc ID.

Seems to work now.
Problem was that you have to pick an existing Disc and dont create a new one on adding it to the collection.

Wait a second, let's rewind for a second.
You are inserting the discs and you get profiles for that, but are those
a) UPC/EAN based profiles that have the Disc-ID in the Disc-Info
or
b) Disc-ID based profile

If b) download it and create an alternate version
If a) however it might suffice to download the UPC bases and change it to Disc-ID based
