Officially it's LEGO.

Using the LEGO® brand... "ALWAYS write the LEGO brand name in capital letters."

They are different movies...

But seriously... The two profiles I have (not locally modified) right now actually show
The Lego Batman Movie (UK profile)
The LEGO Movie (US profile)
the reverse of what you found.

The overviews on the back follow the rules that GreyHulk referred to, always capitalizing Lego, always with the trailing ® as well (which technically is used on the front cover as well, impressively small).

Concerning the trademark symbol, we are advised to not use special characters in the Title.

I don't have The LEGO Batman Movie (yet), but I do have The LEGO Movie and it has LEGO in all caps. Given how uptight LEGO is about making sure it's always capitalized, I find it hard to believe that either movie uses "Lego" on these movies. More than likely, the use of "Lego" comes from the initial contributor using standard capitalization rules. To me, the proper titles should be: The LEGO Movie and The LEGO Batman Movie.

The title capitalization tool in the contribution rules - click! - formats it as LEGO, so that's the answer for our purposes.
