DVD Profiler may take several minutes to process large download files.  Normally, this occurs only the first time DVD Profiler updates the online profile list.  For subsequent updates, only new and changed profiles in the listing will download, so the download and processing will be much faster.

Try your download again, and leave DVD Profiler running for a few minutes to let the processing complete.
