Connection Troubleshooting Guide |
Check the following to troubleshoot your Internet Connection.
If you
connect via dial-up, try disconnecting and re-connecting
If you
connect via DSL, cable modem, or LAN, first try rebooting.
You may also need to reset your cable modem or DSL modem. If
the problem persists, contact your ISP's technical support.
Check
your ISP's setup guide. Is a proxy server required? If
so, make sure Internet Explorer and DVD Profiler are both
configured to use the proxy.
