Check your Internet Explorer connection settings to see if IE is set up to use a proxy server. 

From Internet Explorer, select Tools->Internet Options->Connections Tab->Lan Settings.  If Use a Proxy Server is checked, take note of the settings (address and port). 

Next, from DVD Profiler, visit Tools->Options->Online and enter the settings.
