DVD Profiler's Display Options let you set up DVD Profiler to look and operate the way you prefer.
| Option | To change these settings |
| Region | Defines the default region coding for your area. Your collection can contain DVDs from any region, regardless of this setting. |
| Locality | Defines the default locality for your area. UPCs are sometimes shared between multiple releases in the same region. Localities allow DVD Profiler to support a different version of the profile and cover images for each area's release. Your collection can contain DVDs from any locality, regardless of this setting. |
| Regions to Include | By default, DVD Profiler loads and displays DVDs from all regions. To conserve memory and improve performance, deselect any regions which are not needed. |
| Loaning | Set options for the default loan due date. |
| Reviews | |
| Download with previews | Select this option to view reviews when previewing a DVD profile from the Add DVD dialog. |
| Show reviews with spoilers | Select this option to view reviews with
spoilers. Spoilers are statements in the review that give
away important plot points. Reviews with spoilers are
indicated with  . |
| Hide anonymous reviews | Reviews submitted as anonymous cannot be ignored individually, since the reviewer is not known. Select this option to ignore (and therefore hide) all anonymous reviews. |
| Actor Name Format | Sets the format used for actor names. |
| Hide updates for locked profiles/images |
Select this to automatically ignore updates to profiles/images which are locked. In order to ignore the update, the entire DVD must be locked. When this option is selected, contributing locked profiles is not possible, since they may be out of date with the online database. |
