| I purchased the Mel Gibson "masterpiece" Hot Seat and during the end credits, I see a credit for an actor named Drew Taylor (XII). I thought that the contributor copied it from IMDB, so I go to the actor's IMDB page, and sure enough, right next to this Drew Taylor is (XII)! Lionsgate copied the credit FROM Imdb! I the instance of the Avatar profile, you're contributing images that are about 1/2 the size of the current profile's images. Why? The current ones are fine. You also didn't "cut off any excess material", you just shrunk the current images. When that's the only change you're contributing, of course it will get declined because you're shrinking the current images by 1/2! And as Greyhulk said, specify the source of your data (not images) changes. From the disc/disc credits, back cover for overview, etc.

| I've dealt with ellenbrook as well. On this profile (6-420201-151679, Van Wilder: Party Liason), I added the original title of National Lampoon's Van Wilder on April 14, 2026. I was cleaning up some Dennis Hill/Dennis M. Hill profiles with corrected production years and OT's. Well, after 3 declined contributions of erasing the OT, she (he?) is trying a FOURTH time. | But ObiKen, you're trying to replace Paramount Pictures (which is the disc credit!), with Paramount Pictures Corporation. That's absurd! "Paramount Pictures Corporation presents" is not the same disc credit as "Paramount Pictures presents"! Never in my 18 years using DVD Profiler has ANYONE contributed Paramount Pictures Corporation as a studio name. Trade name, legal name, cite all the sources outside of this program that you want, Paramount Pictures is still the credit, not PPC. Paramount may use PPC in their legal dealings, but that is irrelevant here. Oh, and the British Broadcast Corporation? They have been using that name in every medium (sometimes BBC) since their inception!
