I was - but I've just had a silly idea and it seems to have worked (Something peculiar in Linux I guess?) Instead of going to my desktop icon which previously worked (and was wine pointed) normally and opened the library, I went to where the exe is and went from there (right click wine there) - and it's brought the library up.
Going to back it up again now and perhaps upload,
Thanks :D | Posted: Topic Replies: 4, Topic Views: 151 | | Yes, it's backup.dpb.. I do have another one that I can try to rename (currently *.dpb.bak though that's a couple of months older (But manageable). I've copied that elsewhere, but in both cases, though I can see a dpb file in explorer, dvd profiler can't see it
I'm just not sure why the library has actually just sort of vanished as I haven't changed/upgraded my system hardware recently - though it is through Linux Mint if that helps?
If push comes to shove, I can slowly rebuild manually. I thought I had a large library - then people here are talking about 40 thousand ones :D Thanks | Posted: Topic Replies: 4, Topic Views: 151 | | Hi, Haven't opened dvd profiler for a while (no recent purchases), but now when I open it, it says I have zero items in my library and I made the mistake of not uploading it here. I could start from scratch, but my library leans towards large.
However, I do have a backup, but when I point DVD Profiler to restore the backup from a directory (and I can physically see the backup file in explorer), dvd profiler says it's not there.
Clicking repair database seems to have no effect either.
Any ideas please? | Posted: Topic Replies: 4, Topic Views: 151 | |
