I tried all of these steps. When I reinstalled DVDProfiler, the DVD Profiler folder under Documents does NOT contain a Databases folder.

update: i am running windows 11, but when I got this computer in 2023, one of the first things I installed was dvd profiler and I've had no issues. There were some windows updates installed in the last week or so.

? If so, inside is there a folder named

Databases
which in turn contains a folder named

which in turn contains a bunch of files?
