Can confirm this, installed vPhoneOS on my Galaxy S24+ running Android 16, then installed DVDProfiler.apk created from my Galaxy Tab S8+ on vPhoneOS and all works like a charm. Pity you need to start vPhoneOS each time you want to use DVD Profiler App, but that's a small price to pay to not being able to use it on your new Android phone at all....
