Out of the blue some months ago, and not having made any changes that I am aware of,  the majority of my 1500 disc collection has empty cast and crew lists - restoring database has made no difference - been a registered user for 15+ years without any particular issue. Any assistance to identify the problem and correct would be much appreciated!
