I am all ears! Thanks! | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks! Not sure why I didn't think of True Blood! I watch it as they air all the time! Never seen the other. But may be beyond their limit. I have to keep it reasonable! But will probably put them on the list anyway. | | | Pete |

One of the best Vampire shows on TV. I agree. It's got a great storyline and the characters have depth and a realism that most TV shows lack today. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | Quoting GSyren: Quote: Borderline horror, perhaps, but how about Primeval? I'd say it's as much horror as Tremors. Hated this in the theater as it was marketed wrong. I expected a giant crocidile thriller, and got a shady political tale with a huge croc in the background. Since then it has become near a favorite, just know it's not really a monster movie going in and you'll probably like it more. Hit the torrent sites and find "Perversions of Science", HBO's sci-fi follow-up to Tales from the Crypt. Not as good as the better Tales stories, but better than most other stuff. Shame no real release exists in any format. If you find one with "The Exile" episode intact, please pm me. I downloaded 4 times and all had the same missing minute or 2 in that episode. |

| Posted: | | | | There's also the Dark Shadows remake, it's one box set, but I understand it's not as good as the original.
For the not-quite-horror grouping: The Munsters The Outer Limits Twin Peaks (the first season was really good, but the second went downhill pretty quick)
If you don't mind anime: Descendants of Darkness Devil Hunter Yohko The Devil Lady Devil May Cry Hellsing Trinity Blood
If you decide to try just one of those, I'd recommend Hellsing. | | | If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world. -- Thorin Oakenshield | | | Last edited: by Danae Cassandra |

And yes, that Primeval is not quite what you expect. This one is a TV show about time portals opening up and letting primeval monsters into modern England (and English scientist into the primeval time). | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. TV series looks interesting though, I might try and track those down soon. |
