Access violation error while editing Personalisation data (adding notes)

My problem is very simple: DVDProfiler 3 crashes every time I launch it! (Pentium IV, 2,8Ghz, 512Ram, Windows Xp SP2, Matrox Millennium P750 graphics card). Before that, I had version 2.x running fine.

Can anyone help? Especially Invelos technicians...?
