cannot download my dvd collection? |

will you check why if we upload a blank database it's doesn't reset the whole list under our username ( in my case anyway) to zero and why i can't download my online profile back to my pc?
maybe removing/ recreate the account would work?

| | Posted: | | | | OK, I did a complete reinstall of DVD Profiler. I configured the options to my preferences. After I clicked on OK in the options menu, following error message comes up:
Cannot open file "C:\Documents and Settings\Trombomaniac\Application Data\DVD Profiler\OnlineList.dod"
I clicked on OK (the only option) and nothing seems to be wrong.
Then I uploaded the blank never used database. I checked directly after the upload, if the new (empty) database was uploaded, but still the old database with all DVDs and still the doubled entries and still the deleted entries show in my online collection.
Then I restored my old backup. This works as it should. I uploaded this database and still no change in the online collection. Also as said before i can't change some options for the online collection. I can change the style and sort order, but I can't change the "Show In Public Listing"-option.
Please investigate this.

| | Posted: | | | | OK, I did upload the collection and now it seems to work as it should. Strangly now a lot of pictures are not shown, which was the case before.
But I still have the problem that I can't change the options to show the "ordered" or wishlist" and so on. Or more exactly, they show all the time wether or not i choose the option in My Profiler. |

| | Posted: | | | | seems to be working fine here... but i cannot download my online colelction from another computer with dvd profiler 3... but it's not a big problem so far...
will check out the reste in the next few days
