Yes, true. DVDP Mobile has always had the option to store in both locations. The fact that it wouldn't install on your SD was a hardware issue not the software.
How would you know what I or the TS ran into ?! To turn things back on you: How can you say what lambil originally stated was " not true?" His statement was: Quote: So far every version of the program has allowed you to install it to an SD card. I have an HP iPAQ 5915 and have always had all files on the SD card with no problems. Evidently it worked for him (and it works for me, too, BTW). Just because it doesn't work for you doesn't make lambil's original statement (or 8ballmax's or my confiming statements) UNTRUE. What you or the TS ran into (rolling eyes or not) doesn't make any difference to whether the statement was true or false. Also, Your higher-than-mighty (read A-hole) attitude won't get you much sympathy here. | | | Another Ken (not Ken Cole) Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges. | Posted: | | | | Palm may not be able to be fully supported. DVDP can directly access the device's file system through ActiveSync. From what I've seen of the Palm Sync program, it doesn't support that. I could be wrong though. |

| Posted: | | | | I have exactly the same problem as the original poster. Yes I can install DVDP-M on my SD-Card but then synchronizing with DVDP won't work. It only works, if I install it in the "default directory" (read: the volatile memory of my PocketPC). And yes, I updated to the newest ActiveSync. Didn't help. I described my problem here. PS: I use a Fujitsu-Siemens PocketLoox 420. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | Active Sync does not work correctly with the Palm. You will get nothing but headaches trying to get it to working correctly. It is like trying to put a square peg in a round hole.
IMO buy a WM device and you will be much happier.
I'm using a 3 year old HP 2210 and it has worked flawless with DVDPM. |
