Here is my full database for those interested (about 600 MB). In future will post only updates. Did the download at the weekend but it seems that one of the thre didn't download correct.* And now the files are missing at rapidshare. *Wanted to extract the files with 7zip and I get this message "Datenfehler in "Headshots_xvteep_20100418.dpb". Datei ist beschädigt. |

Not sure there is an easy way. But you can do that with simple statistics plugin. 1/ Run the plugin on cast and copy all results (CRTL A + CRLT C) (Copy may take several minutes !) 2/ Paste in Excel. You get the number of actors in your collection. 3/ Make a backup file only with cast and crew (no profile). 4/ Open a new database with an empty manual profile, restore your back up, repair database to remove unused and preserve cast/crew with images. 5/ Check on repair results how many cast deleted. In my case, 36169 actors, 19847 deleted , so 16322 with images Percentage = 16322/361,69 = 45,1% | | | Images from movies | | | Last edited: by surfeur51 |

But some pictures are wrong, here's a list: ... Many Thanks, I have a look at them this evening. Can't remember I added them by myself. Perhaps I got them with one of the updates or complete databases I added. That's why I also liked the complete databases that are contributed: If there are differences, you didn't notice at normal use, you can have a special look at it. |

Am I really the only one? I mean, sure, I can just accept new ones, fine. But 95% of the changed ones aren't improvements. All they are are recropped pictures, now often blurry or pixelated. I know this is just a personal preference thing but I'm not going through all these to find a few hidden gems. Especially as you also have quite a few "old" shots that have been improved upon in recent posted updates. Why can't you do an updated database instead? It's a shame some of your hard work is lost because of this... | | | - Jan |

But for me, cropping images to get "real" headshots is : 1/ important, as it greatly improves the layout display (I have nothing to do with comparison screen). I already explained this here.2/ a lot of work. I'll indicate in my download page which are my preferences, so that people who are not interested will not loose their time as you did. | | | Images from movies | | | Last edited: by surfeur51 |

| Posted: | | | | Look, I know it's an improvement for you and a lot of work. The latter is exactly why I don't understand it. Why not look for a better headshot instead? Cropping and stretching an already bad low-res shot can't be better than googling for a higher res one you don't have to crop, can it?
The thing is, the cropped one's wouldn't be a problem at all if you'd at least offer upgrades instead of the full database. We have to compare and reject the cropped ones every time we download your full database. | | | - Jan | | | Last edited: by hydr0x |
