The current Caine headshot is that of Michael Caine.

This is for the film The Negotiator and according to IMDB Caine is a dog.

Never done it, but don't you do a Custom Backup and just choose Includes cast/crew with databases, with photos?

Oh, if you were asking how to get the dpb file from the RAR, you need to extract it.  If you don't have WINRar or another similar program you can use Free RAR Extract Frog
