Added again all Features from filmmenu Extras because in an earlier pending contribution Bonus Trailers was forgotten. Added again all Audio Tracks from filmmenu Settings because in an earlier pending contribution the German Audio Track is wrong, it's DTS HD High Resolution 7.1 and not Master Audio.
