Replaced - in Title with : because it is a sequel. Changec Case Type. It is a Digibook in a Slipcover. Replaced Frontcoverscan. As it is a slipcover the scan has to be taken from it. Did the scan from the slipcover with removed FSK-Logo, can be taken off. Replaced too small Backcoverscan (435 pixel) with my Backcoverscan of the slipcover with 500 Pixel in width.
