| | Posted: | | | | Oppo player indicates "DVD Video NTSC". Stream analysis by tsMuxer renders the following data: 720x480i at 29.97 fps. This is NTSC standard. Not all discs that are released in Europe are PAL formatted, e.g. practically all classical music DVDs including those by Deutsche Grammophon are NTSC. European players play NTSC discs so no need to convert. NTSC is the standard that is playable worldwide.
