| Posted: | | | | So I see the following when I try to contribute:
"This profile cannot be contributed due to the following errors: A pending contribution already exists for this profile ID. Generally, new contributions are processed within a few days."
...but what I don't see is the other person's contribution. Am I not allowed to vote?!
And since when aren't multiple contributions allowed? |

No voting on NEW contributions, has always been that way. | | | Registered: February 10, 2002 |

And since when aren't multiple contributions allowed? What were you trying to contribute. (On the off chance it's what I just submitted 10/25 !) |

| Posted: | | | | I'm having this problem as well. The issue is that approved profiles for newer titles aren't showing up when I enter the UPC number. It looks like the title has not been contributed yet. So I fill out my own submission and send it in, only to get the message that it's already been contributed AND approved by someone else. So why aren't these newer profiles showing up in the UPC search, and why aren't they refreshing in my database. I have a large collection (over 2,500), and it's really rare when I hit "refresh" that no updates/revisions have been made on any titles since my last refresh. Lately, I see "all profiles are up to date" every time I refresh, when they are clearly not.
There is an issue in that newer profiles are not showing up in a UPC search, and updated profiles are not refreshing as they should. This has been going on for over a month now (to my own knowledge). | | | Last edited: by pms1962 |

| Posted: | | | | No, but thanks! The workaround helped update a few profiles, but not the one I'm trying to contribute. Quoting GSyren: Quote: Have you seen this thread? |
