Yes, while my other tools are mainly designed to help you check that the birth year in your collection are the right ones, this tool helps to find cast / crew in your collection that does not have a birth year but may need one. | | Posted: | | | | It should be noted that the birth year list ( https://www.luigifilocamo.it/BY.html) is not always complete, so you may find that a name flagged as "NEEDS birthyear" may in fact have an unknown birth year, or a year not listed. Kluge has done a fantastic job with the list. You can't expect a list maintained by a single user to always be 100% up-to-date. And, of course, Kluge can only add birth years that have actually been reported. Without the list, this tools would not be possible. | | Posted: | | | | BirthYearNeeded 1.1Just two improvements: I take IMDb lookup one step further. If I find the movie in TMDB, I try to find the actor/crew in its listing. If I find them, I use the IMDb ID for that person to look up their individual page on IMDb. If for some reason you don't want that, just uncheck "Go to person page in IMDb if possible" in Options / Settings. If there are multiple posts in the birth year thread about a person, Show post in birth year thread will now show the last post rather than the first. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users.
