If a new disc is issued and no change is made to the UPC or the artwork, how to people enter this? Both disc? An Alternate Entry? If so, how do people indicate that the original release was flawed?

I have been updating the existing entry with the new disc Id and contributing that stating in the contribution that that the changes are for a replacement disc.
