| | Posted: | | | | The Hong Kong director of Riki-oh: The Story of Ricky, The Cat (1991), The Seventh Curse, Peacock King, Her Vengeance, Men from the Gutter, etc, has gone by a number of different names over the years according to film credits. He has gone by Lam Nai Choi, Lam Ngai Choi, Lam Ngai Kai, even Simon Nam for Riki-Oh. Many of his films in the database have different variations of his name and I would like to come to an agreement to a common name for him.
According to the special features on the Vinegar Syndrome release of his film Her Vengeance, the historians mentioned that the director himself goes by the name Lam Nai-choi so that gets my vote. | | | | Never judge a movie by its sequel or remake |
