I bought a new phone and got Android upgraded  from version 10 to version 16.
The new Android OS does not support 32bit apps anymore.

I like to propose:

Android/Apple Mobile App upgrade to 64bit to nullify end of life
Windows/Apple version upgrade to 64bit to extend end of life
Willing to pay a fee for this upgrade.
