Just saw a change for Helena Bonham Carter to Helen Carter Middle name Bonham. This is not her name her last name is Bonham Carter with a space but it's one name. It's her real name her whole family have the same. Not all double barrelled surnames have hyphens. Best example is David Llyod George English prime minister. He was not David George.

I have but since there is nothing in the rules and I have searched I just wanted to see if I had missed some other reason this should be changed.

It differs from a middle name in a big way, birth certificate have First names (plural) and Surname (Singular) under surname she will be Bonham Carter. If she marries Mr Smith she will not be Helena Bonham Smith. If she changes her name she would become Helena Smith or Helena Bonham Carter Smith. (Yes there are triple barelled named and even a few quad barrelled) People with Double barelled names can get annoyed by this so it's nice to get it right.

Let them get annoyed. Then they might email Ken and we can use their email as final proof.

ROFLMAO, here we go again and some more.

I have two questions just for argument sake, grave worm
1) Do you have access to her birth certificate
2) When she maries Mr. Smith she can change her name as she chooses, or not...including making Bonham a middle name.

Not to everyone else this just for argument's sake...nothing else.

Graveworm, Helena Bonham Carter is a sore subject on the forums.  It has pretty much been discussed a great length.  I believe most everyone has come to decision that Bonham Carter should be in the last name field.  Like Steve suggested vote according.

And I'm sure most of us don't want to see another Helena Bonham Carter thread for a long time.

Garveworm, that would be my contribution you're referring to and if you check again I've contributed as Helena//Bonham Carter not Helena/Bonham/Carter
