How the heck do you make it a damn layout??? In 2.3 all you did was edit the html on the skin then saved the skin whatever.dps then put it in to the skin folder. Why did you take this option away in 3.0?
The way you have it now only a computer programmer can make skins. |

not an expert here, so my expertise is limited! But it sounds like you're trying to open the skin in the wrong place.
The HTML Windows bit only refers to individual elements not to whole skins. You use this to get each individual window looking they way you want, then save it as a "layout" (also in the view menu) once you're happy with the whole thing. Basically I think they've stopped calling them skins and started calling them layouts!
Does that make sense? I hope so!
If not, if possible, could you post screen grabs so we can see what you're trying to achieve? |
