Now that the forum members and Ken have gotten my database working, I encounter another problem.

When I try to refresh profile and/or images of the dvds that were in my Unconverted list, and converted, I receive the message  "Unable to download file. Continue anyway?"

I searched the forum, but did not locate any information to help me.

Can someone help solve this for me

Again thanks for help

is the profile in the online db.
What title and UPC?
If it isn't there it can't down load it.
It might have been on the 2.4/2.5 db but it might not have been created for this db.

I own a Tibetan Terrior.  His name is TERROR. Truth in advertising.  I love him to death.

Anyway.  I had over 400 unconverted UPCS.  I re-entered the correct UPCS, and all was to be fixed.  The correct UPCS show up on the page.  However, I cannot refresh the dvd.  I get the error message " Unable to download file. Continue anyway?"

I also just noticed that my box set listings are not listed correctly.  The individual as well as the box set dvds are in the database, and wen I go to edit - box sets they are listed in the right hand column, but not in my collection list.

I seem to be having a lot of trouble since DVDPRO came back.

Thanks for help

Try the online db and check if any your titles are there, if so check if there is a UPC that matches.

Have tried a reassign collection numbers. Do have the <Tools><Optoions><Display>AutoExpandBoxsets set?
A lot of disc ids did not transfer. When you did a <Flags?<Load set> where profiles in the list that entered by Disc ID? I's still missing a number of disc id since the transfer but have had any troble updating any profiles.

My too love my TT, her name is Tillie, wouldn't have any other breed. She is 13 years old and has Diabetes. Have to give shot twice a day. She is a great companion. April 30, 2002 I had an emergency, my next door neighbor called everybody to get my keys to get to my dog, Finally a police sgt. went to the hospital and got the keys and rescued her. My neighbor's two year old granddaughter had a great time with Tille, The kid would grab a hand full of hair, which they have plenty of, and ran all over the place. They are the friendliest dog I've eevr had.

I'm getting this too, on two DVDs.  The UPCs are correct, but I can't download/refresh them from the online database.  The UPCs in question are:
013023245792
013023245594

If I do an Online -> Refresh DVD from Invelos -> Refresh Profile Only, I get a warning saying it was edited and refreshing will undo changes, well I don't care so I hit Yes, and then I get the "Unable To Download" error.

I've double, triple checked the UPC (changed it a few times).  If I go to add DVD I can put in exactly the same UPC, and it will download it but as a new DVD.  I've also tried changing the UPC to the disc ID but it makes no difference.

The titles aren't in the database... to put them in there you should contribute them for other people in the future.

I just tried again, and I can download both those UPCs from the online database, and it's got different info than my current profile so I know it's coming from online.

Of course I did give one of the wrong UPCs, the second one should be:
013023245891

I can download that one too, but whenever I try a refresh, I get the "Unable To Download" error.
