I run DVD Profiler on my main CPU and my laptop. I updated both versions, and after updating my collection I uploaded to "My Profiler" from my main CPU, and then downloaded my collection from "My Profiler" onto my laptop.

For some reason a lot of the images didn't update after "refreshing updated profiles", and the images show as blank. If I try to update again it shows everything as up to date. Is there a way to force an image update? Any other recommendations?

You should not use this method; it is for emergencies only... the correct method is to use the Backup/Restore functionality under the File menu.

As Giga says though;

Online -> Refresh All Images...

should sort you out.
