What is the best way to add my 80 or so DVDs since April from 2.4 to 3.02

When I upgraded the first time, I had both versions on my computer, but since April only added to the 2.4 version, now that the dispute is settled I need to add about 80 DVDs to 3.02.  what is the best way to do it?

From 2.4, do a backup then in 3.02 do a restore and select only the profiles you need.

Start first by upgrading to 3.0.3
