If anyone can tell me why can't download my online collection (that was established with the old version 2.4) with the newer version 3.0 I would appreciate it. I have over 700 dvd's and would hate to have to re-enter them. Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi, I'm not sure who it is that will get this, but if there is someone out there that can tell me how to get around this 'Invalid Floating Point' error that I get when I start dvdprofiler I would appreciate it.

You can find instructions for bringing your 2.X collection into 3.x here. You cannot directly bring the online collection for 2.4 into 3.0. You need to make a back up of your database and then restore it with 3.0.

Geri's reply is much more useful but in answer to your question; you old database is as www.intervocative.com; this new company uses www.invelos.com so you have to upload your online collection to the new server before you can download it again... not that you should ever want to download your colleciton as this is an 'emergency use only' method and you should use Backup and Restore even within the same version.
