I have two computers.  On one I have the registered version of 3.0 on the other, the unregistered version.  I am combining two collections I have maintained with previous versions for the past year or so (2.4/2.5).  I have not found a way to merge them so I am manually reinstalling one list of movies into the other.  What I have found is this:

I have the DVD Grand Canyon The World's Great Natural Wonder UPC 033937-032264

Problem is, when I updated to 3.0 it converted it no problem.  But the collection it was in is the one I chose to manually enter into the other collection (less movies to enter).  On my registered computer program, when I enter the UPC it acts as if the movie is not present in the online collection we download from.  So I installed the unregistered version on the other computer and entered the UPC above (both times without the dash) and it pulled the listing up and downloaded it.

Why can I not get this movie to show when entering it into the registered version of the program.

Just to clarify, I am only running the registered software on one computer?
