| | Posted: | | | | If you're good with the HTML, will you consider making a plug-in that has a 'noncomputer geek' GUI that let's me create a hotlink to an online movie using the point-and-click method? I've got about 500 movies on 2TB of HDD. The thought of going into each profile and manually typing (even copying) the HTML code for linking a file in the Notes section is daunting.
A plugin would be perfect! Just a floater that provides a 'browse' button for the profile on display. Click the folder, click OK sets the hyperlink.
If it's been done, please direct me to it. If not, would someone at least conisder doing it?

Hmmm, assuming you only buy single layer dvds:
4.3 GB about an average for single layer
x
500 DVDS
=
2.15 TB
And of course your 2TB hard drive is not really 2TB of formatted data either... |

| | Posted: | | | | There are codecs available that are much more efficient that MPEG-2 and can yield a very small file with little to no noticeable loss of quality (depending on equipment and personal preference). It's entirely possible to make 500DVD fit on 2TB.
