| | Posted: | | | | I was helping a friend who just signed up for DVDP. As I was showing him around the program I noticed when he went to add DVDs he had only three tabs. He is missing "Add DVD by Disc ID" tab. Can anyone shed some light on this problem?

Make sure his DVD-Rom is selected, and that he's not running AnyDVD. |

Removed Anydvd. DVDP works fine. | | | Jim
