Export Profile Database function freezes in 3.03 Build 1126

Help,

I am running Vista Ultimate with DVD Profiler 3.03 Build 1126 and when I try to use the "Export Profile Database", the program freezes.  It seems that I have to do a full reboot and go immediately to DVD Profiler, then try it before it works.  If I do anything with DVD Profiler, I am unable to Export Profile without it freezing.  How can I solve this problem?
