Downloaded new 3.0 but doesnt work

It will not convert or load my 2.01 database

I backed up the old on and tried to restore but it wont restore all just 50 unless I enter my registration key which I did but it does not work for 3.0 wrong format

I go to the web site and try to get a new key but it says my key is a free key and profiler no longer requires those keys but it does as it will not let me enter more then 50 and I know I have paid for this product.

There is no way to call anyone and I can not open a ticket as it says my number is free one

Help

I dont want to pay for this again.

Never mind once I answered no to retoring only 50 it restored all my profiles

You will need a new key if you want full functionality with more than 50 profiles.

You won't have to pay again if you have paid for 2.x but you will need to get a new key; instruciotns are given in the first Pinned message in the Forum but essentially go to the Registration page and select Update Key.

When you put in your old 2.x key you'll get a new 3.0 one in retrun.
