New arround here, I used to use DVD Profiler 2, was not a premium user. Today I decided to get the unlimited DVD Profiler 3, paid, got my receipt, printed it out and all, but nothing changed in my profile, I'm still registered as a user with no registration whatsoever and clicking "register" takes me back to the page where I'd have to pay yet another 30$...
Technical support being reserved to premium/unlimited users, I really have no ohter option as to try and draw some staff attention on the forum. I hope I did not miss something big, but I tried hard ;-) !
Please help as the feeling of paying and getting nothing in return is not a good one :-/.

What makes you think you aren't - are you having problems putting the registration key into the program? |

Just got the e-mail with my registration info, it's all working fine now.
But still, the process is weird: after you've paid, nothing tells you how or when you'll get your registration key, and you have to wait pretty long before you get the e-mail with the info... |
