| | Posted: | | | | Need help. My computer died on me and had to get another one. Unfortunatly, I was unable to save my DVD Profiler and no longer have the registration key. Also I did not have my old password. I tried to use the forgotten password option but I never received an email reply to reset my password. The only way I could even get in now was to create a new account. Can you please send me my registration key?

Please re-read my post - I do not have access to my original account as I no longer have the old password. The password reset options with my email did not work as I never received an email for resetting my original password. Also, viewing the registration will not work because I had to create a new account (which isn't registered) because I couldn't access my old account. Can you help? |
