I've seen others complain about the same problem as me. I've paid for my subscription using paypal (and a credit card) and was supposed to 'instantly' receive a registration key. The only email I got back was from paypal confirming that the payment has gone through, no emails regarding a key. What's going on? 

Please re-read my post - I do not have access to my original account as I no longer have the old password.  The password reset options with my email did not work as I never received an email for resetting my original password.  Also, viewing the registration will not work because I had to create a new account (which isn't registered) because I couldn't access my old account.  Can you help?

I tried this but there was no key. But shortly after posting this message i got an email with my key so I'm happy must have been a delay in processing the payment of some sort. Thanks anyway
