I get an "Access violation at address 00751C20 in module 'dvdpro.exe'.  Read of address 00000018."  error message after I select DVD/Move to/Ordered.../ from the Menu Bar,  then select the OK button on the Move to Owned Collection screen for the following DVDs/Blu-Rays that I have in the Ordered collection:

The French Chef with Julia Child (UPC 783421-382992)
The French Chef with Julia Child 2 (UPC 783421-405196)
Discovery Atlas China Blu-Ray (UPC 014381-386851)

and four others

Before I can add the titles to Owned, I have to delete it from Ordered and then re-enter it in Owned.

I am using version 3.0.3 Build 1136.  Anyone get this same error?

Thanks,
Ed

Try right clicking on each title thumbnail in your list and selecting Move to Owned from there, rather than from the Menu up top.  I move stuff from the Wish list to Ordered and then to Owned all the time that way and have never had a problem.

If you are trying to add one from the main Add DVD screen, it should tell you the title is in your Ordered/Wish list and ask if you wish to move it to Owned.  Answer appropriately.

If things don't work that way, run the database repair tools.

Same problem here!
Have to use the same work around as you.
