Hello !
The profile for Megadeth "That one night- Live in Buenos Aires" didn't work.
EAN:88697056096
DVDProflier said that there's an error and don't process the file.
It's the only one to do this. I've deleted and put it back many times with the same effect.
Did anybody have a solution ?

Thanks !

That EAN only has 11 numbers in it so that's a good place to start

The EAN for the UK release (actually a UPC since it only has 12 numbers) is 886970560696 which I just downloaded without problems.

Don't forget for future reference that this is a user built database so it is possible that a title isn't yet in it; in that case please enter it manually, contribute it (following the Contribution Rules) and help other users in the future... FWIW I just added the missing SRP to this one and contributed that update.

The EAN is the one you gave me, sorry !
I've typed too quickky !
Here's the message:

Translation: Unable to download the file.
The image downloading is fine... that's quite strange.

The US version is fine, but the European not...

Most odd because, as i said, it worked for me this morning. It sounds like you may have some local corruption somewhere so it may be worth running a Repair Database (though as with anything I'd back up before you do so on principle).

If you still don't get any joy try backing up your database, create a new blank database (File->Open Database-> New database), then restore into the new one; it solved a problem I had with some studios being corrupted a while back so it's worth a try.

Do you have an Internet Filter such as NetNanny running?

I've tried the 2 solutions and none worked :/

I didn't have NetNanny or any kind of Parental Control

I've got 2 *.doi files in the pending directories, if it can help.
The didn't have the same size.

I had a similar problem and I found out that even though I allowed access to www.invelos.com, I had to allow unrestictive access to the IP address for www.invelos.com.  I had some security software (Parental Controls plus a security popup blocker) that I had to allow both Internet location access to.

If you are using the privacy settings in IE or FireFox, I'd recommend alllowing granting full access (i.e. a Trusted Site) to both www.invelos.com and 74.53.166.114

Ok, I solved it...
I didn't understand why, but it appears that my FireWall (Kaspersky) altered the TCP packets for this profile (Ethereal shows a lot of duplicate frames).
I stop it and everything runs fine.

Thanks for your help !
