can't upload my collection

I've tried backing up first,but everytime i try to upload my collection to the online profiler it goes about half way (completes first bar and half of the second) then says it's complete ,but there is nothing showing sinceMay 16th and there is 0 movies showing,,,,what's happened?...they were there before,but now are gone and I can't put them back
BTW,,,yes,I'm a paid and registered user with over 50 in my collection

Hi. If you are a paid and registered user, there should be an eye symbol located next to "Lone". Did you pay recently? If so, it might take a few days for you to get your premium registration key. If not, you might want to sent a private message to Ken or Gerri Cole and see what the problem is. Good luck!

many thanks,,,no,I've been a paid user for quite some time
I just reentered everything in my registration areas and double checked everything and now all is fine
I guess i should log on to the system a little more often,it might have thought i died
