| | Posted: | | | | I had 4 profiles in my "Ordered" list and today I received 3. For the first two, I right-clicked them and from the context menu I chose move to->Owned, everything worked fine.
For the third one, I went through the top menus with the keyboard, ALT-D->M->Enter, I got an access violation error but after clicking OK the program kept running. My dvd was still showing in the ordered list and not in the owned list but the Move to Owned option was disabled. | | Posted: | | | | Don't know if this is related or not, but I've also had several 'Access Violation at adress blah, blah, blah" over the last week or so. I corrected it by closing DVDP and and then running the external Repair Utility from the Windows Profiler menu group.
That has found database errors each time and corrected them. I recommend running the utility to see if it corrects anything, then report it as a bug if it doesn't. | | | John

If you have the location slot column showing for your list of profiles then you could try disabling that - it worked for me and is something that Ken suggested. | | | | Paul |
