Bug? Can't add region code when editing profile.

I am trying to make a profile of the French DVD of Phantom Lady, which is Region 2, but for some reason I cannot get the Region slot on the General Information page to read anything but Region 0. All the other drop-downs work just fine, but not this one. Is it something I am not doing right? Or is it a bug?

Never seen anything like that before - you haven't accidentally locked the regions have you?
Not sure if that would stop you changing them, but it's worth a look.
If not, email me the profile and I'll have a look at it - which regions are you wanting switched on?

Try changing the Locality and then see if you can change the Region.
