Intervocative is still running, so you could visit over there and get your information. If you have deleted V2.4, you can reinstall it and find your info.

If you can't find the information over there, just wait a bit. Ken & Gerri (the owners here) are in the middle of a move across a third of the USA, and will be back in a few days (maybe less) and they will help straighten out your situation. You're not the first person that this has happened to.

Your registration information (your key) from your existing registration can be found in the tools section of the previous version of the program. You don;t have to know or remember your log in to access it.

open the old program, go to Tools > Registration Information and copy down the key.

Then go to the registration page here and enter that key for your new and improved one
