i have a txt file with my dvd names,can i import them to program list?

I'm afraid not. You'd have to type them in by hand.

Nope.
And it wouldn't be advisable anyways as DVD Profilers primary key is the UPC/EAN of a DVD, so that should be entered. If you have a really big collection already try to get hold of a barcode-scanner like CueCat, that would save you a ton of time.
